Used for culture fluid dispensing in assays such as in vitro gas production experiment, in vitro two-step experiment and in vitro three-step experiment. The main components of the system include a thermostatic water trough, a culture fluid dispensing jar, a bottle top dispenser and a magnetic stirrer.

Thermostatic Water Trough: Made of stainless steel material, the size is 380×332×160mm. A sufficient amount of water is added to the trough prior to the experiment, and the water is preheated to 39℃ by using a thermostatic circulating heater, thus to provide a buffer environment for the culture fluid.

Culture Fluid Dispensing Jar: Made of glass material, specially designed.

Bottle Top Dispenser: Used to dispense the culture fluid. The capacity is 50 mL, with a minimum scale of 1 mL. The dispenser has an air inlet and an air output design, which provides a continuous access of CO₂ gas to enter the culture liquid, thus maintaining the anaerobic environment of the culture fluid.

Magnetic Stirrer: Used to mix the culture fluid during the experiment.
